Founded in 1995, The National Motivation Network is a result of more than 20 years research and development and the brain child of Stephan Trontin and Daniel St.Pierre, both established motivation experts currently working out of the Tampa Bay region.

Stephan Trontin is of European origin having grown-up in France and Germany. The concept of interactive motivation came to Stephan as he researched the internet looking to help people through established technology and networking.

A successful financial consultant, Stephan holds a business Masters degree from Rollins College in Orlando, FL and is actively involved with Citi Group Inc., the world's largest finance company.
